Verification
A confirmation email or message will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your requests.

It normally takes 2-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping
Our main design and production studio is located in China, and all orders are dispatched from our centralized warehouse there. For international shipping, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to different destinations.

Note on Taxes and Import Fees
Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, VAT, or other taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. While many countries do not charge these fees, some—especially Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, and certain others—may require payment upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are strictly the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We are unable to cover these costs.
