Moreover, walking into Dunhuang is like opening a monumental book of history. Every grain of sand, every brick and tile quietly tells of past glory and the rise and fall of dynasties.
On the mural walls, the flying apsaras dance with elegance, carrying the spirit of ancient artistry. Meanwhile, the calm smiles of the Buddha statues continue to express a silent compassion and wisdom from the heavens.
