At PeonyJewels, we value every customer and dedicate care to crafting and packaging our handmade jewelry. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing, as it distinguishes between hygiene-sensitive items and general merchandise.


1️⃣ Quality & Safety Guarantee

  • 30-Day Quality Guarantee
    • All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery.
    • If a defect is confirmed, we will provide free repair, replacement, or full refund, including all related shipping costs.
  • 48-Hour Shipping Damage Policy
    • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging.
    • Approved claims receive free replacement or refund.
    • Claims submitted after 48 hours or without valid photos will not be accepted.

2️⃣ Returns Policy

Earrings (Hygiene-Sensitive Items)

  • Returns accepted only if the hygiene seal remains intact.
  • Broken/removed seal: non-returnable unless defective.
  • Non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind): item price refunded only, original shipping non-refundable, return shipping buyer’s responsibility.

Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings

  • Returns for non-defective reasons accepted within 30 days.
  • Conditions: items unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping buyer’s responsibility.

3️⃣ Handmade & Vintage Note

  • Slight, natural variations in color, finish, and detail are expected.
  • These are a testament to handcrafted nature and not considered defects.

4️⃣ Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Earrings with broken hygiene seals (unless defective)
  • Natural variations from handmade craftsmanship or materials
  • Returns sent without prior approval from our support team

5️⃣ Refunds & Contact

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5–17 business days.
  • 📧 To Initiate a Return: Please email [email protected] and include your order number and clear photos (if applicable).
  • Return Address: Provided via email only after approval. Do not send returns to the package’s sender address.
